Leather wrist to neck restraints (RE-03-BLA)

These are high-quality and very tough cuffs joined by a leather strap to a tough, adjustable collar.

• The two lockable 5.5cm wide wrist cuffs adjust to fit upto 28cms;
• The lockable 5.5cm wide collar adjusts to fit between 13.5inches and 18.5 inches and comes with 2 large d-rings.
• All are supplied with a padlock with a single key...so please keep the keys safe!
• The connecting leather strap has a large buckle that adjusts the length to between 10 and 15 inches.
