Virtuous-sins is a small company run by an enthusiastic Buckinghamshire-based couple who pride themselves on offering a speedy, efficient and individual service.  Our internet shop was launched in 2008 after a successful trial period on ebay and in fact, due to our success, we still maintain a presence there for our growing band of loyal customers. However, this shop has been designed to give access to a wide range of affordable and high quality fetish and bondage products.  In fact, we are constantly adding to our ranges, so please keep checking our ever-growing list of stock for the most recent finds by bookmarking our site.

Some useful information about making a purchase: (see our Terms & Conditions for further information):

• • We will try to dispatch your purchase on the next working day following the clearance of your payment. 
  • Parcels will be dispatched in plain padded envelopes to the delivery address supplied with your order.
  • Where an email address is provided with an order, we will email the customer to confirm when their parcel has been dispatched.
  • Parcels are dispatched via a signed-for service with a trace number.  This will generally be by UK Royal Mail but large/high value parcels may be sent by courier.
  • The customer is responsible for collecting un-delivered parcels from sorting offices/depots within 7 days of a delivery attempt.  Parcels not collected from Royal Mail sorting offices within 7 days are generally returned to the sender and an additional charge may be levied for re-delivery.
  • Return of faulty or unwanted goods will be accepted within 7 days of delivery if item is unused and in original condition.  A refund will be given for the cost of the item not P&P.
  • We are always happy to consider special requests (such as gift-wrapping) or suggestions for additions to our stock - please contact us in good time to discuss these.
  • We will try to reply to emails within 24 hours and welcome calls between 9am and 8pm.
