Locking steel cuffs with rubber liner - size small (CU-106-MET)

Steel cuffs (size small) with rubber lining and clever lockable fastening points - connected by a metal ring. (also sold as part of a set in our shop) 

These 3.7cm wide cuffs are made from a sturdy brushed steel and have a seamless black rubber lining for comfort.  

The simplicity of these cuffs is enhanced with a smooth stud locking point which is unfussy and very efficient, taking the small padlocks which are supplied. 

The cuffs are oval in shape for a better fit and are approx 4cms wide and 6 cms long ( Adjustable up to an extra 2cm diameter approx). A padlock (supplied) fits into a locking pin and can be attached to a 15cm chain (supplied).
